Our studio is in the process of opening slowly. Private lessons and point rentals are now available for current students to schedule. Since group classes are still on hold, please join any of our online class offerings.

Shoulder Conditioning for Aerialists with Danielle Cohen

Like many small businesses in the community, we have temporarily closed our studio due to the spread of COVID-19. Because of the uncertainty of the current situation, many of the events we were scheduled to perform at have also been cancelled. Active Flexibility with Angelica Cardone
Students will learn and practice drills designed to increase their body’s range of motion while gaining the strength to support that range of motion in the air! Pikes, front splits, straddles, and upper back flexibility will be covered in this series.  Non-aerialists are welcome to join this class too - there’s something for everyone to be gained!

Handstand Preparation (**Advanced Drills bonus**)
with Angelica Cardone
A workout for the person who’s always wanted to do a handstand but worried about not having the strength! This class will give students the tools to get their practice started at home and will touch on core strength, shoulder stability, healthy wrists, and proper technique. **Intermediate students** who can safely kick into a freestanding handstand without a spot can stay for an additional 30 minutes, in which they will delve into freestanding handstand exercises to deepen their solo practice.

Flexibility for Aerialists will be taught by Samadhi Hawaii Director, Andrea Torres. She will lead students through exercises that will focus on using breath to stretch.

Beginning Ballet Barre with Allison Deliz

Join Ms. Allie for Beginning Ballet Barre.  Ballet is excellent cross training for all athletes and performing artists, especially aerialists! A chair back or counter top can be used as your barre.  Ballet slippers or socks optional.
